This full-day Psychological Well-Being Workshop will help you to explore, discover, and prioritise your personal goals. It will provide you with a range of practical skills and strategies to enable you to pursue the goals that matter the most to you and overcome the obstacles that might be holding you back. It will be run jointly by Dr. Rachel Skippon and Dr. Stephen Skippon.
