Anger and How to Deal With It

We’re all angry sometimes, but anger can insert itself into our lives so much that we risk ruining relationships, losing a job, or even ending up in difficulty with the police. This half-day workshop discusses what’s going on in those moments where anger takes control. It recognises that there’s usually something that you’re angry about and how intense those feelings can be. It provides you with practical skills and strategies to recognise your anger rising and to defuse angry feelings before they cause an outburst you might regret afterwards. The workshop is run jointly by Dr. Stephen Skippon and Dr. Rachel Skippon and is usually held at Gladstone's Library in Hawarden. The cost is £50.
